With the steady growth in order demand from Europe, North America, Taiwan and Japan in recent years, the amount of water used in the factory's production process has also increased.

Our existing wastewater treatment equipment has performed its duties admirably for many years. However, with future capacity expansion in mind and to better manage industrial wastewater, we have decided to proactively phase out the old equipment and invest in a larger, more efficient wastewater treatment system. We believe that up-to-date infrastructure is fundamental to maintaining the long-term stable operation of our plant.

In our metal jewelry production line, some processing stages require the use of purified water. This wastewater inevitably contains metal impurities and suspended solids. To ensure proper treatment of this wastewater, our new equipment employs a rigorous purification process:

• Multiple precision filtration stages: After wastewater enters the equipment, it first undergoes multiple physical filtration processes to effectively intercept and separate tiny impurities in the water.
• Deep water purification: The filtered wastewater will enter the purification stage, and be adjusted and treated to meet the safety standards required by regulations.
• Compliant Discharge: Only water that has undergone the above treatment and purification will be officially discharged into the local dedicated sewage system to ensure that it does not cause additional burden on the surrounding environment.
