Onlygo built Twisty Zoo around that moment: a spinning animal badge that turns hesitation into a small, playful ritual. Spin the disc, get an answer, and enjoy a bit of collectible fun along the way.
Chung Jen International produced the series, translating Onlygo's concept into a manufacturable two-layer structure: a 3D relief animal disc on top, and a character-matched background disc underneath — both finished in full-color digital spray printing, with a rotating prong pin back for attachment. What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
The MOQ for OEM custom badge development is 500pcs. If you're purchasing an existing in-stock design, a separate arrangement may apply — please contact our sales team.
Can you produce a small batch or a sample first?
Yes. We offer sampling service; fees depend on the design and sampling scope. Small-batch production runs below standard volume carry a higher unit cost, but let you confirm quality and finish before committing to mass production. Contact our sales team to discuss.
How are mold and sampling fees calculated, and how long does sampling take?
Mold and sampling fees vary with the badge's design complexity and size — please contact our sales team for a formal quote.
Sampling typically takes about 10–15 days, depending on design complexity and current production load.
What's the typical turnaround time for a custom badge?
This depends on whether the project is full custom (OEM) or a variation on an existing item (ODM):
- Full custom (OEM): after artwork is confirmed, mold development time depends on design complexity; once the mold is ready, sampling takes about 10–15 days, and after sample approval, mass production typically takes 15–40 days.
- Partial customization (ODM): based on an existing item with no new mold required, lead time is about 15–40 days.

What information do you need to provide a quote?

What pin-back options are available?
Common badge attachment types include rotating prong pins, butterfly clutches, standard pin backs, and magnetic backs. This Twisty Zoo series uses the rotating prong pin. If your use case calls for a different attachment, let us know when requesting a quote and we'll advise based on what's feasible for the design.
Can you customize other animal characters or artwork?

Is your company a manufacturer or a trading company?
We are a Taiwanese company with our own factory in Fujian, China. We have been manufacturing zinc alloys for over 30 years, providing you with high-quality products and the best factory direct purchase prices, eliminating the cost of one middleman.
Do the factory and products have certifications?
The factory is BSCI certified, Disney certified (ILS Social Compliance Audit), and has a pollution discharge permit approved by the Chinese government. Materials and many products have inspection reports, and structural ODM products also obtain patent certificates every year.
Is it possible to produce a small quantity or make a sample?
Yes, we offer sample making services. While the unit price will be relatively higher for small-batch production, it ensures you can confirm the product quality and performance before mass production.
Why is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
OEM Customized Products: To share your mold and production development costs, we recommend a customized product quantity of 500 pieces to obtain a preferential price.
ODM generic products: The minimum purchase quantity is 500 units, which effectively reduces procurement costs and maximizes your benefits.
How long is the delivery time from placing an order to picking up the goods?
After artwork confirmation, sampling will take one week, and mass production will take three to four weeks. Adding the specified shipping and delivery time, you will receive the goods. For complex products or large orders, production time will be negotiated separately. Please feel free to contact us with any questions. We recommend choosing generic designs, which can shorten mold making and sampling time and meet urgent order needs.
How do I make a payment?
First-time customers must pay the full amount before production can proceed.
Payment is primarily made via wire transfer (TT), but PayPal can be used for smaller amounts under USD 300.
