Silicone cable organizers usually come as fixed multi-slot cable clips or strap-style cable ties. Silicone is flexible and non-slip, fits cables of different thicknesses, and takes logos by screen printing or pad printing. It is affordable and available in many colors, making it a good fit for desk cable management and high-volume event giveaways.

PVC can be formed into a wide range of 2D or 3D shapes and fastened to the cable with hook-and-loop or a snap. PVC holds detailed shapes well, with clear relief and highly saturated color, so it suits cartoon designs, brand mascots and chibi-style characters. Yes. With an existing style, you can change the printed logo, leather color or plating color without a full new mold. If you want the logo to appear as raised 3D metal, however, that logo needs its own mold.

The main costs are the mold fee and the unit price. The mold fee is quoted based on size and complexity, and design fees are charged separately if you need our designers to prepare the artwork. Leather type, logo method and quantity also affect the unit price, and our sales team will itemize each in the quote.

For fully custom (OEM) styles, we recommend 500 pieces or more to spread the mold and development costs. For existing (ODM) styles, the economical order quantity is 300–500 pieces. Final quantities can be discussed with our sales team based on material and project needs.

For fully custom (OEM) styles, mold time depends on the complexity of the design. Samples are ready about 10–15 days after the mold is finished, and bulk production takes about 15–40 days after sample approval. Existing (ODM) styles need no new mold and take about 15–40 days. Our adhesive cable holders use 3M adhesive backing and hold best on flat, clean surfaces. Clean off dust and grease before applying. Adhesion is weaker on rough, curved or leather surfaces, so avoid these when choosing a spot.

Yes, samples can be made for approval before bulk production. Cable winders often combine leather, plating and printed colors, and these look different on screen than in hand. We recommend confirming the overall color scheme and finish with a sample before moving to production.
