• Top-grain genuine leather: taken from the outermost layer of the hide, with a natural grain and refined feel. Ideal for premium gifts.
• Split leather: the layer beneath the top grain. Still genuine leather, at a lower price than top grain, and shows a clear grain after surface finishing.
• PU leather: a synthetic leather with a wide color range, stable pricing and a highly consistent appearance. A common choice for large orders.

Yes. Leather is available in a range of colors, and you can confirm suitable options with our sales team based on your brand colors or event theme. The same style can also be made in different colors, for example by department, membership tier or product line, giving variety across the order while keeping a consistent brand identity.

On most styles, the metal head and hardware are zinc alloy, which allows three-dimensional shapes and fine logo detail. Common plating colors include polished nickel, satin nickel, gold, red copper, black nickel and gunmetal, and some styles are also available in matte black paint. The pairing of plating and leather color shapes the overall look: dark brown leather with red copper feels vintage, while black leather with black nickel or gunmetal looks sleek and understated.

There are two main positions, which can also be combined:

• Metal head or metal stud: laser engraving, digital printing, relief with baked paint fill, or an epoxy dome insert for full-color designs. If you want the logo itself rendered as a metal shape (for example, a three-dimensional metal logo), custom tooling is required and the mold cost is charged separately.
• Leather surface: wider leather straps can be hot stamped, debossed or printed with your brand name or tagline.

For example, a laser-engraved logo on the metal head combined with a hot-stamped brand name on the leather gives fuller brand information and a more finished, retail-ready look. Surcharges vary by logo method, such as debossing or hot stamping. Please contact our sales team for a detailed quote.

Current functional styles include:

• Phone stand style (CJ-D051B): open the inner snap and connect the metal clips to form a simple phone stand.
• Shoehorn style (CJ-D035 series): a mini shoehorn that makes putting on shoes easier.
• Charging cable style (CJ-S058B): a PU leather sleeve holds a charging cable, available with Type-A and Type-C connectors.
• AirTag holders (CJ-S050A keychain style, CJ-S051A luggage tag style): encase an AirTag for attaching to keys, bags or suitcases.
• Travel bottle style (CJ-S010A): leather wraps a 30 ml refillable bottle suitable for liquids or gels.
• Clip styles (CJ-D016 hook clip, CJ-D065A spring clip): easy to attach to belt loops or bag handles.

Functional styles are used more often, giving your brand more exposure. They suit projects where you want the gift to be genuinely used.

Yes. Hand sketches, AI-generated concept images or a written description can all serve as a starting point for our evaluation. If you need a designer to produce final artwork, design fees are charged separately. A new design requires custom tooling for the metal parts, and the mold cost is charged separately. To reduce development cost and time, you can also start from an existing style and change the leather color, plating color and logo to create a distinctive branded product.

The minimum order quantity is 500 pcs. Final quantities can be discussed with our sales team depending on the style and finish.

Lead times depend on whether the project is fully custom (OEM) or partially custom (ODM):

• Fully custom (OEM): after artwork approval, tooling time depends on design complexity. Once the mold is complete, sampling takes about 10–15 days. After sample approval, mass production takes about 15–40 days.
• Partially custom (ODM): based on an existing style with a change of leather color, plating color or logo. No new mold is required, and lead time is about 15–40 days.

These are general reference ranges. Our sales team will confirm the actual schedule based on your project details. If you are working to an event date, we recommend starting from an existing style.
