Zinc alloy gives a solid, durable finish suited to premium branded merchandise; silicone/PVC is drop-resistant and easy to clean, suited to outdoor or sports contexts, and can also be made into anti-drop wristbands, wrist straps, or ring-style charms; leather offers a refined look with debossed or hot-stamped text, suited to business-facing gifts; acrylic offers high clarity and vivid color, suited to illustrated or IP-driven designs; and plastic is budget-friendly and lightweight, suited to bulk giveaways.

Common treatments include a 2D flat logo, a cut-out (openwork) design, 3D relief, a painted (baked enamel) finish, colored or clear epoxy coating, and a recessed groove with a printed aluminum insert. The charm is plated first (for example, in nickel or gold tone), then color-filled according to the design — or left in plain plated metal with no color fill. Which treatment fits best depends on design detail, number of colors, and the charm's size; our team will advise before sampling.

It depends on the style. An anti-drop wristband comes with a small plastic tab that slots into the phone case to connect the phone to the wristband. A ring-style charm can be tied to the phone case with a strap, or moved to a keychain or bag as a charm instead. The exact attachment method is confirmed based on the style and design you choose.

Size depends on the design. Our zinc alloy charms typically run from about 70 to 180 mm in length, as an example range; silicone, leather, acrylic, and plastic styles are sized to the design itself. Since a charm stays on the phone long-term, we recommend discussing size and thickness with our team early in the design process, to balance look and everyday use.

Phone charms are produced as full OEM customization, with no off-the-shelf ODM option. We recommend an order quantity of 500 pieces or more, to help offset mold and development costs and secure a better unit price. Minimum quantities for materials other than zinc alloy (silicone, leather, acrylic, plastic) vary by style — please check with our sales team.

Phone charms are fully custom (OEM) products. Mold-making time depends on design complexity; once the mold is ready, samples typically take about 10–15 days, and bulk production after sample approval typically takes about 15–40 days. The exact timeline is confirmed per project by our sales team, and shipping time is added on top.

Yes. You can send us a logo file, a rough sketch, an AI-generated concept image, or just a written description, and our designers will turn it into production-ready artwork (design fee charged separately). Once the artwork is finalized, we'll confirm the material and process based on it.

Yes — designs aren't limited to corporate logos, and character/IP merchandise and creative-brand products are a common use case. If a design uses a character, trademark, or brand image owned by someone else, proof of licensing is required before production, to make sure the product can be legally manufactured and sold.

Yes. Strap colors can be chosen to match your needs, including a specific brand color, so the finished charm fits your brand identity more closely.

Leather has its own natural texture and character. We recommend keeping it out of prolonged direct sunlight or damp conditions, and caring for it periodically to preserve its appearance and lifespan. This is part of why leather suits business-facing branded gifts aimed at a more refined look.
