This phone ring holder can display your logo, pattern or text in the central area through digital printing + crystal epoxy on the top, which can protect the printing logo more strongly. The central area can also display pattern through aluminum patch. The ring area can display pattern or text through laser engraving. In addition, to avoid leaving residue on surface, the adhesive is a reusable washable glue. The phone ring holder can be rotated 360 degrees so that it can be used as a handy finger ring, or a phone stand.

How to choose material?

Zinc alloy: a solid metal look and weight. Choose plating such as gunmetal, satin nickel or black e-coating; logos can be applied by digital printing, epoxy or laser engraving.
Acrylic: artwork is digitally printed on the acrylic plate for saturated colour, suited to full-colour illustrations and photos.
Silicone: soft to the touch and moulded to shape, suited to characters and mascots with clear outlines.

ODM or OEM: what is the difference?

ODM (stock design, custom artwork): the existing shape and structure are used and only the surface artwork is customised. No new tooling is needed, so development is shorter. Suited to projects with a fixed event date.
OEM (fully custom): shape, size and structure are built to your design. A mould fee applies. Suited to brands that want a distinctive product shape.

What is the minimum order quantity for custom phone stands?

Chung Jen's zinc alloy phone stands start at 500 pieces. For non-metal materials such as silicone, leather or acrylic, or for special specifications, please confirm the MOQ with our sales team.

Airbag grip, phone ring or leather finger strap: which should I choose?

The difference lies in how they are held and how they look. Airbag grips fold the flattest, making them well suited to high-volume event giveaways. Phone rings rotate 360 degrees and work as both a grip and a desk stand. Leather finger straps sit thin and flat, with a look suited to business gifts. If you're unsure, tell our sales team your purpose and budget, and we'll recommend options.

Do prices vary much between materials?

Unit price depends on material, size, surface finish and quantity. For example, zinc alloy requires plating, and leather pricing varies by leather type. Share your budget range and quantity, and our sales team can present several material options side by side for comparison.

Can the adhesive on a phone stand be reapplied?

It depends on the adhesive type. Phone rings and leather finger straps mostly use washable, reusable adhesive, while some airbag grips use a stronger adhesive that is not designed to be reapplied. Please refer to each product page for its adhesive type, or confirm with our sales team during production, and wipe the back of the phone clean before applying.

Can you produce my order without a finished design file?

Yes. Provide a written description, hand sketch or AI-generated concept image, and our designer can turn it into production-ready artwork. Design fees are charged separately.

Can you produce anime characters or licensed IP designs?

Yes. However, for designs involving third-party characters, trademarks or IP, the client must provide valid proof of license before sampling and production begin.

What is the difference between ODM and OEM? Is there a mold fee?

ODM uses an existing shape and structure with only the surface artwork customized, so no new mold is needed. OEM develops a unique shape based on your design and requires a mold fee. If you have a fixed event or launch date, ODM styles are easier to schedule.

How long does it take from order to delivery?

ODM styles need no new mold and take about 15–40 days to produce. For fully custom OEM designs, a mold is made first, and mold time depends on design complexity. Samples are ready about 10–15 days after the mold is completed, and mass production takes about 15–40 days after sample approval. Shipping time is not included; your sales representative will confirm the final schedule for your project.

Can I approve a sample before mass production?

Yes. A sample is made before mass production so you can check colors, size and the overall look, and production starts only after your approval. Sampling costs depend on the style and requirements and will be quoted by our sales team.

FAQ

Is your company a manufacturer or a trader?

We are Taiwan company and have our own factory in Fujian, China, mainly producing zinc alloy products for more than 30 years. You can have high-quality goods and the best factory direct purchase price without the margin of importers or traders.

Any certification on factory and products?

Our factory is BSCI certified and Disney ILS Social Compliance Audited, and got China government permit of sewage disposal. Our products and the materials also comply with related regulations. Our annual structural ODM products also got patent certificates.

Do you accept small orders or sample requests?

Yes, we do. We offer a sampling service to help you finalize the design. Please note that small runs carry a higher unit cost, but they are essential for quality assurance before you commit to a larger order.

What is the minimum purchase quantity (MOQ)?

OEM customized products: Considering the mold and development costs, we suggest to order at least 500 pcs to obtain preferential prices. ODM standard models: The MOQ is 500, effectively reduces the cost of purchase and achieves your greatest benefits.

How long is the lead time from order to delivery?

After artwork approval, it takes about a week for sample and 3-4 weeks for production, plus the shipping time, then you can receive the goods. If it’s complex designed product or the purchase quantity is large, the production time needs to be re-confirmed. Please feel free to contact us if any query. We recommend you choose the standard

models to shorten the mold and proofing time and meet your urgent needs.

How to pay for a deal?

For the first order, the customer will be required to pay the full amount in advance by T/T or PayPal for small amount under US$300. Please contact us for details.
